We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong design principles, creativity, and the ability to produce visually compelling designs for digital and print mediums. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to create high-quality visuals that effectively communicate our brand to our audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation:
- Develop graphics for websites, social media, ads, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs align with company branding guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look across all touchpoints.
- Creative Concept Development:
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to generate creative concepts aligned with campaign goals and brand strategy.
- Image Editing:
- Edit and enhance photos, images, and illustrations to improve quality and ensure design standards.
- Layout & Typography:
- Design aesthetically pleasing layouts and select typography that ensures all materials are clear, professional, and on-brand.
- File Management:
- Prepare design files for production (print-ready formats, web optimization), ensuring necessary assets are included for final execution.
- Design Trends & Innovation:
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- Feedback Incorporation:
- Refine designs based on feedback from team members and clients to ensure final deliverables meet expectations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure all design work aligns with business and communication goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
- 6–8 months of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Design Software:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other software such as Sketch, Figma, or Canva.
- Portfolio:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility and creativity.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail:
- Strong creative flair with attention to detail in design execution.
- Typography & Layout:
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with teams.
- Time Management:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Adaptability:
- Skill in adapting designs for various platforms and adjusting based on project feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX/UI or website design is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for web design implementation.
- Understanding print production processes is beneficial.
- Familiarity with branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
