Description:
Call Connect India is seeking a Non-Voice Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional digital customer service to international clients. In this role, you’ll use email and chat platforms to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products and services by identifying root causes and delivering actionable solutions.
- Knowledge Base Management:
- Use and contribute to the internal knowledge base to answer customer questions accurately, updating resources as needed.
- Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed set performance targets, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates.
- Cultural Sensitivity:
- Adapt communication to suit diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring all responses are respectful and regionally appropriate.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Prior experience in customer support (non-voice) is preferred, but freshers with strong English language skills are welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Problem-Solving:
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and provide quick, positive resolutions for customer issues.
- Attention to Detail:
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and safeguard all customer information.
- Cultural Awareness:
- Sensitivity to cultural differences, enhancing effective international communication.
- Adaptability:
- Ability to handle changing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Team Collaboration:
- Comfortable working as part of a team, with the capability to independently manage workloads as well.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international customer support or handling multi-region support tasks.
