Call Connect India is looking for an experienced Voice Process Agent to handle international voice calls, providing exceptional customer service and sales support. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and identifying sales or service opportunities across various global markets. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to adapt to different international customer needs.

Key Responsibilities



  • Outbound and Inbound Calls:


    • Manage high volumes of international calls, handling both inbound and outbound interactions with professionalism.


  • Customer Service Excellence:


    • Resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, assist with account issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


  • Sales Support and Lead Generation:


    • Identify opportunities for lead generation, upselling, or cross-selling, supporting revenue goals through excellent customer interactions.


  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:


    • Adhere to company policies and international calling regulations, maintaining accuracy and high quality in all interactions.


  • Record Keeping and Reporting:


    • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions, log call notes, and update customer details in the CRM system.


  • Cultural Sensitivity:


    • Adjust communication style to align with cultural nuances, building rapport with international clients.


  • Problem Solving and Escalations:


    • Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior team members or managers as needed.


  • Performance Goals:


    • Meet and exceed individual targets related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales quotas (if applicable).



Key Qualifications



  • Experience:


    • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in international voice calling, customer service, or telesales.


  • Language Proficiency:


    • Fluent in required languages for target regions (e.g., English, Spanish, French). Additional language skills are a plus.


  • Communication Skills:


    • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and handle difficult conversations with professionalism.


  • Customer-Centric Attitude:


    • Strong focus on delivering quality service, with the ability to maintain patience and empathy in challenging situations.


  • Technical Skills:


    • Proficiency in CRM systems, call management tools, and customer support software.


  • Time Zone Flexibility:


    • Ability to work across different time zones to accommodate international clients.


  • Problem-Solving Abilities:


    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.



Desirable Skills



  • Knowledge of international calling regulations and compliance standards.

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales.

  • Multilingual capabilities.

  • Familiarity with specific international markets (e.g., Asia, Europe, North America).
